We retained Pro Electric to do all the electrical work in our newly constructed house in Kelowna. The Owner and staff provided top quality work at a competitive price. They were efficient and completed the work expeditiously, on time and on budget. Their staff's customer service was exceptional, which we very much appreciated.
For example, we had a challenge making a decision on pot lights; Rachel, Pro Electric's project coordinator, arranged for us to view a house with the fixtures that they recommended and patiently explained why the fixtures would be best for our situation. Now, after living with the lights for several months, we are very happy with the advice provided.
In addition, we were provided with a detailed walk-through by the Owner of Pro Electric was was extremely helpful in understanding the electrical system. Pro Electric noted a couple of items that could have been installed more efficiently and made those changes at their expense because of their strong commitment to customer satisfaction
